David A. & W. Michael Brown, Partners - Brokers

David Brown began his real estate career in 1972 with Wood Realty, an Oshawa firm and managed a branch office for them in Delhi.

By the spring of 1975, David opened for business as D.A. Brown Realty from an office out of his parent's home in Simcoe. The head office location at 63 Queensway East, in Simcoe was purchased in 1977. Dave opened the doors with a secretary and no sales representative!

In 1981, Dave's brother Mike joined the office after an 8-year advertising career in Hamilton. Over the years, D.A. Brown Realty has grown. In 1983, the 315 Main Street, Port Dover location was opened as a branch office and still serves the Lake Erie resort area today.

In 1997, after meetings with many national names in real estate, D.A. Brown Realty became an Associate Broker of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. and operates today as Royal LePage Brown Realty with 22 sales representatives and 4 dedicated office staff. Royal LePage Brown Realty has been the top volume Real Estate office in Multiple Listing service statistics throughout the 1990s and the 2000s in the area.

Our office has representatives who specialize in farm sales, residential, industrial and commercial properties and condominium development.
